In addition to frequent vacuuming, its important to clean your carpet on a regular basis. In a typical household carpet should be cleaned every six to 12 months. Homes with pets we recommend every three to six months. Our cleaning systems will remove the oily, sticky soil that vacuums can't take out, allergens and odors while helping to keep your carpet looking great over time.
Hot Water Extraction.
While some may focus only on the water and solution they are putting in the carpet, we also give attention to the removing of the solution... grime... bacteria... soil... odors... allergens in your carpet.
Hot Water Extraction sanitizes your carpet with hot water, not steam. Although you may see steam coming from the cleaning process, we use hot water which helps activate the solution and kill bacteria. During the extraction process, we remove the the solution and water along with the soil, odors, allergens and more using a two-stage vacuum.
𝟏) We will start by inspecting the rooms you want to be cleaned, addressing any concerns you may have and talk through the carpet cleaning process with you.
𝟐) Then we pre-treat any areas that need extra attention.
𝟑) Next, we use our agitator to gently scrub in the pre-treatment deep into the carpet fibers.
𝟒) We will use our commercial carpet cleaning machine to deep clean. Our first pass with pump hot water into your carpet, then our second pass will extract. The powerful suction removes a significant amount of water so your carpet will dry within hours.
𝟓) Finally, we will inspect your carpet with you to ensure you are happy with your clean carpet.

Customer is responsible for pre-cleaning prep, including but not limited to: any heavy furniture moving (JP CARPET will only do light furniture moving), any items on the floor which cannot be removed by a standard vacuum, prep blinds, bed linens or curtains that touch the floor so to prevent damage, it is the owners responsibility to make sure that all small children and pets are kept out of the working area for the duration of the project for the protection of the pet(s) (JP CARPET is not responsible for any pet(s) which may get hurt or escape the home or premises during the job), clear access in and out of the home or building, etc. Call for details, 575.707.1180.
Cancellation of Scheduled Quote or Service
Cancellation of scheduled quote two hours prior or cancellation of scheduled job the day before appointment can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Cancellation of quote or job once we are on our way or arrive to home/business will incur a Cancellation Fee of $25 in-town or $50 outside town limits to be paid on arrival.
Payment due within 24 hours of completion of said job completed. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
